目前,我国企业在信息化建设上出现盲目求新、求全的现象严重,导致信息技术装备能力的闲置和信息资源的极大浪费,远没有发挥信息化投资的效率.本文针对以上问题,构建了科学、可行的企业信息资源配置效率评价指标模型,并就研究结果进行了实证研究.

In the course of enterprise information construction, the phenomenon of looking for novelty and demanding perfection blindly appears. These will lead that the ability of technical equipment of information is left unused and the information resources axe wasted greatly. Directed against these problems, this thesis proposed the diagram of evaluating the information resources allocation efficiency and carried on the empirical research.
