摘要
本文在Delong和McLean信息系统成功建设模型基础上提出竞争情报系统成功建设模型.该模型由竞争情报系统质量、竞争情报质量、竞争情报使用者的满意程度、决策者的影响、竞争战略影响五个模块构成.通过该模型,本文实证研究并测度模型中各模块之间的相互关系,指出竞争情报系统成功建设模型是企业成功建立竞争情报系统和有效进行竞争情报管理的重要指导工具.
The paper puts up with a competitive intelligence system success model based on the IS success model proposed by Delone and McLean. This model is made up of five constructs, i.e. competitive intelligence system quality, intelligence quality, competitive intelligence end-nser satisfaction, decision-maker impact and competitive strategy impact. Through the model, the authors empirically study and measure the relation between the constructs, and testify that the model is a pilot tool when the firm wants to erect the competitive intelligence system sueeessfitlly and manage the competitive intelligence effectively.
