Counterimelligence, the other side of CI coin, it deserves close care coming from the informatics professionals, enterprises and consulting firms. This article points out the necessity and significance of the integration of CI and counterintelligence in Chinese enterpfises. The author discusses the mechanism of the organic integration of CI and counterintelligence in enterprises, which includes the relationship, the goal and the elements of the integration, and brings forward the model and means for the integration.
