摘要 The study showed that freezing-thawing method could have a higher cellwall breakage rate,and a light injury to the active substance,which could not only increase the cell fission and growth,delay the death of Saccharomycete cells,but also enhance CO2 production rate and quicken fermentation process when the cells were exposed to the medium with 0.5% active substance.
