石灰湿法燃煤烟气脱硫过程CO_2钙化问题分析研究

摘要 采用模拟燃煤烟气方法,研究了石灰湿法燃煤烟气脱硫过程中CO2钙化问题,指出了烟气脱硫过程中CaCO3的生成量与脱硫液初始pH值、SO2初始浓度、温度的关系,得出抑制CaCO3生成的条件,为减缓石灰湿法燃煤烟气脱硫存在的结垢现象,对石灰湿法燃煤烟气脱硫系统的实际应用具有一定的指导和借鉴价值。 Simulated flue gas of coal burning is used in this method, the calcification problem of CO2 when SO2 removed in flue gas by limewash method is studied, the relationbetween the generating amount of CaCO3 and the initial PH value of limewash solution, the relation between the generating amount of CaCO3 and the initial concentration and temperatureof SO2 in flue gas are indicated. The restrained factors of CaCO3 generation can we get, theseresults are very helpful to retard the the calcification of CO2 when SO2 removed in flue gas by limewash method, these results can also be used as a guidance or a reference for the application of desulphurization systems of coal burning flue gas by limewash method.
