瓦斯及有毒、易爆气体浓度检测仪的研究与开发

摘要 近年来,我国煤矿多次发生瓦斯爆炸事故,瓦斯浓度检测已成为煤炭行业安全生产的突出问题。煤气作为一种可燃性、有毒气体,也是矿井大气中的重要组分,具有极强的危害性。随着单片机技术的进步,便携式仪器得到了迅速发展,其智能水平也有了明显的提高,逐渐成为一类主流的测量仪器。本文阐述了多组分气体的测量原理、及其软件硬件实现,设计了一种能检测瓦斯、煤气浓度的实用仪器。该仪器作为便携式多功能仪器,采用可充电电池供电,显示气体浓度值,并具有声光报警功能。 In the recent years, gas explosion has been a frequent accident, which greatly endangers the production of the coalmine in China. Therefore the detection of explosive and poisonous gases is always among the top problems of secure production. In addition, being explosive and poisonous, coal gas is another important component in the coalmine atmosphere and also dangerous. With the development of MCU technology, the portable gas detection device grows rapidly. On the other hand the intelligent level improves obviously. And the measurement of multi component gases can be realized, which has been a popular approach in the development of gas detection device. Therefore the research on the methane and coal gas measurement and alarm device is of much economic and practical importance. The device is portable and versatile. We use rechargeable battery as the power supply and the value of gas concentration can be shown on the display, with the function of sound and light alarm.
