积极财政政策对区域经济增长与差异的影响

The Effects of Active Fiscal Policy on Regional Economic Growth and Disparity

本文利用面板数据模型和时变参数模型分别考察了积极财政政策对我国区域经济增长和差异的影响。分析表明,积极财政政策对我国区域经济增长具有较强的促进作用,其中对西部地区的正向影响力度最大,中部地区次之,东部地区最小。积极财政政策并没有有效地缩小我国区域经济差异,反而促使我国区域差异进一步增大,但影响力度逐年减弱。

This paper uses the panel data model and the time -varying parameter model to analyze the effects of active fiscal policy on the regional economic growth and disparity in China. The main conclusions are as follows： （1） The active fiscal policy has stronger positive effects on regional economic growth, it has the biggest influence on the west region, then the middle region, and the least influence on the east region. （2） The active fiscal policy has relative stronger negative effects on regional economic convergence, but the effects become more and more smaller.
