摘要
借鉴战略管理理论,首先建立了开发类科研院所企业化转制战略定位框架;其次,探讨了开发类科研院所外部环境扫描思路和企业化转制外部战略要素定量评价方案;然后,研究了开发类科研院所内部资源条件评估方法和企业化转制内部战略要素定量评价方案;最后,提出了开发类科研院所企业化转制战略定位矩阵,并结合某开发类科研院所实际,进行了其企业化转制战略定位和方案选择实证研究。
Learning from the strategic management theory, firstly, the strategic orientation frame for transforming development institutes into enterprises is established; Secondly, the scanning thought of exterior environment and the quantitative evaluation scheme of exterior strategic factors of the transformation are discussed ; Thirdly, the evaluating method of interior resources and the evaluating scheme of interior strategic: factors of the transformation is studied; Lastly, the strategic orientation matrix for transforming institutes of development into enterprises is put forward. Combining the fact of a certain development institute, the paper makes an empirical research on its strategic orientation and scheme selection for transforming the institute of developnent into enterorise.
