基于主成分分析的武汉市经济社会发展综合评价研究

Synthetic Evaluation and Study on Wuhan Urban Economic and Social Developmental Strategies based on the Principle Component Analysis

科学地评价武汉市经济社会发展状况是制定发展战略的基础。本文建立了武汉市经济社会发展指标体系,采用主成分分析法对武汉市1996-2003年的14个经济统计数据进行了时间序列分析,结果表明第一主成分可以视为武汉市经济社会综合发展实力的度量;第二主成分则反映了武汉市人口控制和资源利用方面的发展状况,并在综合评价的基础上提出了武汉市经济社会发展的对策建议。

It is fundamental to evaluate Wuhan urban economic and social development for making the new development strategies. In this paper, the economic and social indexes system is designed, and the principle component analysis is used to disclosed that the first factor is related to comprehensive development abilities, and the second one is related to the population and resource usages. Finally, the development strategies are provided.
