摘要 结合水管冷却方法在白沙水库溢洪道混凝土闸墩施工中的应用,分析了影响冷却效果的因素,确定了施工中冷却水管的布置方法和监控措施,对采用冷却水管时的结构理论绝热温降进行了计算,并在相同条件下对采用冷却水管和不采用冷却水管两种情况的现场实测温度变化进行了对比分析,结果表明,此方法应用于闸墩结构的温度控制中可有效降低混凝土内部温度的峰值。 According to the application of the pipe cooling to the construction of the concrete gate piers for the spillway of Baisha Reservoir, the factors effecting on the cooling efficency are analyzed herein, in which both the layout of the cooling pipe and the relevant monitoring measures during the construction are determined, and then the theoretical adiabatic temperature drop of the structure with cooling pipe is calculated.Furthermore, a comparative analysis is made on the temperature variation measured on site with cooling pipe and without cooling pipe under the same condition, of which the results show that the peak value of the temperature in the concrete can be reduced effectively with this method of temperature control for the construction of the pier structure.
