摘要
在分析了水轮机调速系统现有检修体制的基础上,总结了当前状态检修的方法,在状态检修的基础上,结合系统仿真和专家系统,进一步提出了优化维护的方法。并从功能、信息和系统集成三个方面介绍了优化维护的特点及设计方案。
Based on the analysis made on the existed maintenance system of turbine governing system, the methods of the condition-based maintenance are summarized. And then the optimal maintenance method is put forward in accordance with the system simulation and the expert system on the basis of the condition-based maintenance. Finally the characteristics and design of the optimal maintenance system are introduced in three aspects—function, information and system integration.
