In order to meet the needs of our country＇s tender system and the market competition, the method of project economic evaluation should be taken by the construction enterprises, so as to promote the economic benefits to be gained. The project economic evaluation consists of manufacture cost and period expense, which should be evaluated in combination of both the exterior circumstance of the project and the level of the construction technique of the construction enterprise concerned.
