摘要
磁流体真空往复轴动密封技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型的密封技术。它具有无固体之间的摩擦、能耗低、适于旋转加往复运动的复合运动动密封等优点。本文阐述了磁流体往复轴动密封的特点和原理,并进行了往复运动的振幅,速率、齿形、磁流体注入量以及磁场强度等因素对动密封耐压能力的影响实验。
Hydromagnetic vacuum dynamic sealing for the reciprocating. motion is a new sealing technology which is developing in recent years. Its main advantages are non solid fricton, low energy consumption, it is used as a combining dynamic sealing for rotational and reciprocating motion. In the paper, the characters and theories of hydromagnetic dynamic sealing for reciprocating motion are described. The experiments were made on the effect of several factors e. g. the distance and the rate of reciprocating motion, the teeth shape, hydro-magnetic magnitude and magnetic strength etc on the endurance of dynamic sealing of pressure difference. According to the experimental results,we analyze and study the main reasons which effect on the hydromagnetic vacuum dynamic sealing for the reciprocating motion.
