基于光学三角原理的内径非接触测量方法 被引量:7

Research on non-contact measurement methods for the dimension of inner diameter based on the principle of optical triangulation

摘要 基于光学三角测量原理,提出了一种非接触测量内径的方法。对激光双光三角测量原理与单光三角测量原理进行了分析对比。采用单光三角测量原理设计了一种非接触式测量内径的光电测量系统。论述了系统的组成和总体结构,并通过实验对测量系统的精度进行了验证。结果表明,系统的测量误差不大于0.03mm,重复性测量精度优于±0.03mm。 Based on laser-scanned optical triangulation measurement principle, inner diameter non-contact measurement methods were presented. The principle of optical laser double-triangulation and single-triangulation were contrasted. A system of inner diameter optoelectronic non-contact measurement was desigened by using optical laser optical single-triangulation principle. The constitute and overall structure of the system were described. The accuracy of system was verified by experiments. The measurement accuracy of system is not more than 0.03mm, its repeatability is super to 0.03mm.
