摘要
研究了45钢量化水淬的淬硬深度和淬火畸变,并与普通水淬和油淬进行了比较分析。结果表明,调整量化水淬参数,可在水与油之间调整水的冷却特性,使45钢得到相应的淬硬深度和较小的淬火畸变量。
The quantifying water quenching depth and distortion of 45 steel samples was investigated. The results show that the cooling characteristics of water can be effectively controlled by adjusting the quantifying parameters, and the quantifying water quenching distortion of the quenched samples is smaller than that of the conventional quenching in water and in oil, the quantifying water quenching depth is greater than that of the convetional quenching in oil but samller than that in water。
