提高20CrMo钢钻杆使用寿命的研究

Research on Increasing Life of Drill-rod of Steel 20CrMo

对20CrMo钢制钻杆进行失效分析,得出魏氏组织的存在和晶粒粗大是钻杆发生早期断裂的主要原因。通过对几种细化晶粒方法的比较,提出采用二次正火可细化晶粒并消除魏氏组织。

The failure analysis on drill-rood of steel 20CrMo shows that initial fracture of the drill-rod is oecurred because of wustitie structure and coarse grains,The results show that secondary normalizing can remove the wustite stucture and make grain refining。
