《广东农业科学》创刊40年来的办刊实践及经验表明,其办刊方针和办刊宗旨始终围绕传播农业科技及服务“三农”,以争创农科精品期刊为目标,在策划选题、栏目内容、编辑方式方法、经营模式等方面不断探索和实践,并提出了刊物未来发展的一些思路。

Some practices and experiences of running Guangdong Agricultural Science for forty years showed, its guideline and aim of running periodical all along enclosed which extension and propagate of agricultural scientific technology, and servicing for the agriculture, countryside , farmers. It aimed at creating agricultural scientific top quality periodical. It explores and practises at planning and selection of the periodical, and contents of the column, and ways and means of editor, and the model of manage. Moreover, some ideas of future development for the periodical have been brought forward.
