摘要
本文就高分子液晶材料的合成、加工、性能和作高速直联式真空泵旋片材料的适用性进行了论述.分析了直联系对旋片材料的机械强度、耐热性、热变形性、摩擦性、耐磨性、膨胀性和耐油性的要求,提出了各项性能指标的设计值,并提出了直联泵对旋片材料的二次加工性、低成本和无毒性的要求,对国内曾试用过的旋片材料进行了对比, 认为用高分子液晶材料作直联泵旋片具有开发的价值.
In this paper, the auther gave a description of synthesis process and specification of the liquid crystal material of high polymer, and the suitability of: the material for rotary vane of direct connected vacuum pump. Analyzed the requirement to mechanical strength, high temperature strength, heat deformation, friction, wear-resistance, expansion and oil resistance of the material-of rotary vane for direct connected vacuum pump. Brought forward the design value of various specification and the requirement of reprocess low cost and no-poison for vane material of direct connected pump. Compared with the vane material used at home. Considered that it is available for development of liquid, crystal material of high polymer direct connected pump.
