摘要
研究了磷溴协效阻燃剂磷酸三(2,3-二溴丙)酯的合成新方法,并探讨了反应温度、溶剂等对产品收率的影响,得到了优化的合成工艺。在5℃以下向丙烯醇中滴加溴素,之后在20 ̄25℃下保温1.5h得到2,3-二溴丙醇;再以三氧化铝、硫酸钛按1∶1混合做复合催化剂,将2,3-二溴丙醇在0℃时滴加至三氯氧磷中,再升温至35 ̄40℃反应2.5 ̄3h,产品收率达89.5%以上。
The article studied a new method about the synthesis of flame retardant tri(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate by using phosphorus oxychloride and 2,3-dibromopropyl alcohol, and discussed the effects of temperature, catalyst, reaction time and solvent on the yield. The product yield is over 89.5% under the optimal reaction conditions.
