摘要
目的探讨改进新式子宫下段剖宫产术脂肪层和皮肤缝合的优越性和可行性。方法将剖宫产产妇分两组,改良组767例,对照组525例,观察两组剖宫产手术时间及术后恢复情况。结果改良组手术时间明显较对照组缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05),改良组术后患病率明显低于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.01),两组肛门排气时间和发生伤口感染,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论改进的脂肪层和皮肤缝合是安全有效的,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the practicality of fat and skin suture at cesarean section. Methods Cesarean section cases were divided into improvement group (767 cases) and control group (525 cases). Observations were made on the operative time and morbidity. Results The operative time in improvement group was significantly shorten than that in control group (P〈0. 05), and morbidity in improvement group was very significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0. 01). There was no significant difference in gas by anus and wound infection (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The fat and skin suture at cesarean was a safe and effective technique in cesarean sections.
