胃镜下微波联合药物治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

Curative effectiveness of microwave plus drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer under gastroendoscopy.

目的寻求提高消化性溃疡疗效的方法。方法十二指肠溃疡(Du)370例,随机分为Du联合(微波加药物)组200例和Du对照(单纯药物)组170例;胃溃疡(Gu)150例随机分为Gu联合组80例和Gu对照组70例。在胃镜下微波治疗后,观察溃疡愈合、疼痛缓解和复发情况,并与对照组对比。结果两个联合组的溃疡愈合率、疼痛缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃镜下微波结合药物治疗是一种实用有效的治疗消化性溃疡的方法。

Objective To explore the method to improve the curative effectiveness off peptic ulcer and reduce relapse rate. Methods 370 cases of duodenal ulcer （Du） were divided into two groups： Du treatment group （200 cases） receiving the treatment of microwave plus drugs and Du control group （170 cases） only subject to drug treatment. 150 cases of gastric ulcer （Gu） were divided into two groups： Gu treatment group （80 cases） and Gu control group （70 cases）. After the treatment of microwave under gastroendoscopy, the healing rate of ulcer, abdominal pain relief rate and relapse rate were observed and compared with those in the control group. Results Healing rate of ulcer and abdominal pain relief rate in the two treatment groups were higher than in the two contros groups （P〈0, 01 or P〈0.05）. The relapse rate in the two treatment groups was lower than in the two control groups. Conclusion Gastroendoscopic microwave in combination with drugs is a useful and effective approach in treating peptic ulcer,
