摘要
天生桥水电站水情自动测报系统通信方式为国际移动卫星组织提供的Inmarsat-C卫星组网方式与甚高频(VHF)组网方式混合组网。将36个遥测站的水文数据通过卫星、VHF、微波、光纤等通信方式传送到中心站,同时通过甚小天线地面站(VSAT)将鲁布革水电站水情数据接入该系统,从而实现了电厂控制流域水文数据的采集及处理、数据库的管理及维护、洪水预报、洪水调度及发电调度、网络管理等功能,满足了天生桥一、二级水电站防洪度汛和优化调度的需要,为天生桥一、二级电站效益的最大化提供了保证。
The communication mode of the automatic hydrological forecast system of the Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station is a combined network, which is composed of Inmarsat-C satellite offered by the international organization for movable and VHF networks. The hydrological data from 36 observation stations are transmitted to the central station by satellite, VHF,microwave and optical fiber, and the hydrological data from the Lubuge Hydropower Station are transmitted to this system by VCAT. The functions of data.collection and processing, management and maintenance of the database, flood forecast, flood scheduling and power dispatching, as well as network management are realized. The requirements of flood prevention and optimized regulation of the Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station are satisfied, and the maximum benefit is guaranteed.
