新型的真空镀铝纸生产法──转移膜法工艺介绍

New Method Coated Paper with Al - Transfer Coating Method

真空镀铝纸的生产在我国已有十多年历史了，但一直采用直接喷镀法（Ｄｉｒｅｃｔ－ Ｐｌａｔｉｎｇ）生产，由于我国镀铝原纸生产质量较差，因此镀铝纸生产工艺复杂，成本较高。 近年来，美国、加拿大、联邦德国等不少西方发达国家已推出一种新的镀铝纸生产法，即转 移膜法，国内也有九个工厂开始了转移膜法生产和试验，这种方法最大的优点是利用质量 较差的原纸生产出光亮度高且价格便宜的镀铝纸。我厂从１９８８年开始转移法试验，经过一 年多的努力，已推出质量较好的产品。笔者结合本厂实际生产经验。

It is for more than 10 years to produce the paper coated Al under vacuum. Up to now, it belongs to direct plating. Due to the poor quality of the original paper for coating Al, the production process plating paper with Al is very complex,its cost is very high. In recent years, there is a new method coating paper in many developed countries e.g U.S, Canada, West Germany etc, that is transfer coating method. There are several factories began to use this method for test and production at home. The superior advantage of the method is that the paper coated Al with high bright level and cheap price can be produced using that of poor quality. Our factory started to test this method from 1988, now a we can produce the paper with superior quality. In this paper, combined with the practical production process of the method is introduced.
