摘要
往复式真空泵是用来获得粗真空的主要设备之一,但是在结构上还存在着许多缺点, 例如转速低、冲程长等等.利用平衡通道的数学模型进行研究,结果表明可以生产转速 高、冲程短的往复真空泵。
The reciprocating vacuum pump is one of main equipment to acquire vacuum. But now its structure has some disadvantages, e.g low rotative long stroke etc. By using the mathematics model of the equilibrium channel to study the result is that it is possible to produce the reciprocating vacuum pump with high totative velocity and short stroke.
