摘要
应用ANSYSDYNA有限元软件,对楔横轧轴类件进行轧制过程的模拟,以轧件1/2半径点的应力循环变化行为为基础,得到轧件中心截面的交变次数。选取了典型轧制实验模型与有限元分析结果做比较,得到交变次数对轧件心部疏松的影响规律,为深入研究楔横轧的疏松机理提供了依据。
Through the study of the process of cross wedge rolling step-axis with the help of FEM software ANSYS-DYNA, and on the basis of analysis of circulation deformation character of mid-radius points of the billet, the alternating times of the center cross section of workpiece has been obtained. Through the comparison between typical rolling experiment models and results of analysis of FEM software, the effect of alternating times on the internal rarefaction is known, which provides the basis for researching rarefaction mechanism of cross wedge rolling.
