摘要
以Ti1023钛合金等温锻造模具为研究对象,对热源、模具温升进行详细分析,运用边界元法模拟模具温度场,绘制温度等值线,验证了模拟结果的正确和可行性,为等温锻造工艺和模具加热系统设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the mold temperature fields in isothermal-forging are analyzed by the Boundary Element Method , the constant temperature lines are drawn and then the results are verified being regarded as the theoretical basis for designing the Isothermal-forging process and the mold heat system.
