摘要
针对硫化过程中诸多不确定因素形成的制品质量难以控制问题,以等效硫化原理为基础,采用仿人智能控制技术控制硫化过程。仿真试验表明,仿人智能控制系统可实现无超调控制,具有很强的鲁棒性和较强的抗干扰能力。仿人智能控制技术用于实际生产中可解决硫化过程控制难的问题,使产品达到最佳硫化程度。
A human-simulated intelligent control for the vulcanization of rubber product was developed based on the equivalent vulcanization principle. The simulation test results showed that the human-simulated intelligent control system possessed higher robustness and interference rejection and made it possible to realize superadjustment-free control; and the rubber product with the optimum curing state was obtained by using the human-simulated intelligent control technology in the practical production.
