摘要
采用广义牛顿粘度公式,得到了振动力场作用下的异向双螺杆挤出机螺棱侧间隙内的速度分布近似解析解。引入右Cauchy-Green张量分析了间隙内的界面拉伸量,发现当两根螺杆反相位振动时,螺棱侧间隙内存在纯拉伸力场,而且界面在拉伸过程中存在着振荡效应。扫描电镜(SEM)试验结果证明了振动力场的引入将提高挤出样品低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/CaCO3的分布与分散混合效果。
The approximate analytical solution of the velocity distribution in the side gap of the counterrotating twin screw extruder is obtained by means of the generalized Newtonian viscosity. By introducing the right Cauchy-Green tensor into, the surface stretch rate in the gap is analyzed. It shows that when one screw is of opposite phase to the other one, the pure elongational force field is be caused by the vibration, along with the oscillating effect during the course of the surface stretch. The experimental results of SEM confirm that introduction of vibration force field enhances the distributive and dispersive mixing of LDPE/CaCO3.
