二参数与三参数weibull模型拟合临床随访资料的适度比较

The Comparison of Fitness of the 2-parameter and 3-parameter Weibull Model in Fitting of Survival Data of Follow up in Clinical

目的探讨三参数weibull模型在临床随访资料分析中的应用。方法采用线性回归分析法拟合原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者术后生存时间的分布二参数和三参数weibull分布模型,并采用χ2检验和决定系数R2对其拟合优度进行了检验。结果三参数weibull模型拟合的χ2值为0.0891,R2等于0.993。二参数weibull模型拟合的χ2值为0.1966,R2等于0.97。结论三参数weibull分布模型拟合中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者的生存数据比二参数weibull分布模型具有更好的效果,其位置参数在临床上可用于手术后安全期的估计。
