摘要
真空度是真空热处理过程中的重要技术参数之一,其变化情况直接关系到被处理工 件的质量。如何提高真空测量的精度、控制的可靠性以及真空系统工作过程的自动化程 度,是人们十分关心的问题。本文介绍一个使用数字技术与微型计算机技术的真空测量 与控制装置,它具有真空系统程序控制、多点真空度巡回测量、量程自动切换、充气过 程自动调节、现场数据打印记录、越限报警等功能.文中讨论了该装置的结构、工作原 理、性能及特点,给出了微机系统和充气调节器的电原理方块图、程序设计流程图。
Pressure is one of the important performance parameters in vacuum heat treatment. Its variability directly affects the quality of workpieces to be treated. How to improve measurement precision f control reliability, and automation in the vacuum control system pores a problem of great interest. This paper describes a vacuum measurement and control device which employs both digital and microcomputer techniques. This device has a number of functions concerning programming control of the vacuum system, multi-point cyclic measurement of the vacuum, automatic switchover of the range, gas-filling automtic regulation, on-the-spot data printing, and overpressure alarm, This paper also deals with the structure, operating principle, performances, and characteristics of the device. Furthermore, it gives the block diagram regarding the electrical principle on the microcomputer system and gas filling regulator as well as the programming chart.
