摘要
磁流体往复轴动密封装置的磁场分布决定着磁流体的密封能力。本文用有限元方法 对这一边界形状较为复杂的磁场区域进行了计算。在计算中将磁流体的磁饱和效应考虑 在内,能够直观精确地求出场域中任一点上的磁场强度值。
The distribution of magnetic field strength in magnetofluid dynamically reciprocal sealing equipment sharply takes part in magnetofluid sealing behaviour. We use the finite-element method for calculating the magnetic field strength in pole piece tooth space, where its shape is complicated and changeable in the paper.Magnetic-saturation is considered during calculation.With this method, the magnetic field strength at any point in the pole space can be calculated out directly and correctly.
