吉诺通与达先片治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效比较

A comparative study on the therapeutic effects of gelomyrtol forte and dasen on secretary otitis media

目的比较吉诺通与达先片治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法150例分泌性中耳炎(176耳)患者随机分为治疗组(80例,95耳)和对照组(70例,81耳)。治疗组在基础治疗上加吉诺通胶囊0.3克,口服,每日3次,7天为一个疗程;对照组在基础治疗上加达先片(舍雷肽酶)10毫克,口服,每日3次,7天为一个疗程。结果治疗组治愈72.6%(69/95),好转15.8%(15/95),无效11.6%(11/95);对照组治愈58.0%(47/81),好转11.1%(9/81),无效30.9%(25/81)。结论吉诺通治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效显著。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Gelomyrtol Forte（GLMF） on secretary otitis media（SOM） with that of Dasen（DS）. Methods 150cases（176 ears） with SOM were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 80 cases（95 ears） in treating group（TG） and 70 cases （81 ears） in controlling one（CG）. The cases in TG were treated by routine local therapy plus GLMF, 0. 3g orally taken and 3 times a day , and those in CG were treated by routine local therapy combined With DS ,10mg orally taken and 3 times a day . The therapy was lasted for 7 days either for TGor forCG. Results The curative rate was 72.6%（69/95）, effective rate was 15.8%（15/95） and ineffective rate was 11.6%（11/95） among the cases of TG, while they were 58.0%（47/81）, 11.1%（9/81） and 30.9%（25/81） respectively among those of CG. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of GLMF on SOM is significantly superior to that of DS.
