The study of the expression of Bax in renal tissues of patients with lupus nephritis

目的研究细胞凋亡调节蛋白Bax在狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者肾组织的表达情况,探讨其与LN肾组织病理改变的关系及意义。方法以免疫组化方法检测44例活动期LN患者肾组织中Bax蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,观察它们与LN肾组织病理改变的关系。结果1.增殖型LN肾小球Bax阳性细胞数增高,且与肾小球细胞增殖程度呈正相关:2.LN肾小管Bax表达增高,与肾小管间质病变呈正相关。结论增殖型LN肾组织存在Bax异常表达,Bax在肾小管高表达与肾小管间质病变有关。

Objective To investigate the expressions of cell apoptosis regulating protein Bax in tire renal tissues of patients with lupus nephritis （LN） and their role in the pathology alteration of LN .Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of Bax and proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in renal tissues of 44 cases with active LN. Their relationship with pathology and clinical manifestation were also observed. Results 1. The number of Bax positive glomerular cells was significantly increased and was positively correlated with the grade of intraglomerular cell proliferation glomerular cells. 2. The expression of Bax in the tubule of LN was increased and was positively associated with tubulointerstitial lesions. Conclusions There is abnormal expression of apoptosis-related protein Bax in renal tissues of proliferative LN. Expression of Bax in tubular duets is correlated with tubulointerstitial lesions.
