铁路建设对区域经济影响的研究——谈内昆铁路建成后对威宁县域经济的影响及对策

On the influence of the railroad construction to the regiongal economy——Discussing the influence and countermeasure of the construction of the Neikun railroad to the regional economy of Weining

内昆铁路建成后,置于“开发抚贫,生态建设试验区”之内的威宁作为云贵川乌蒙山区重要的交通枢纽和经济中心,区位优势明显,但现时的产业体系和布局急待调整升级。本文提出了威宁依托内昆铁路发展铁路流通产业体系的战略思想,提出了建立铁路流通产业的主要途径以及加快威宁县域经济的主要措施。

After the construction of the Nei Kun railroad, Wei Ning, as the important communications and the economic center of Wu Mengshan mountainous areas of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces, its position advantage is obvious. But the current industry system and overall arrangement needs to be adjusted and upgraded. This paper puts forward the strategic thought of industry＇ s system that relies on the Nei Kun railroad to develop railroad current industry system and brings forward the main approach to establish the railroad current industry and the main steps of accelerating Wei Ning＇ s regional economy.
