紫杉醇化疗同期后程三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌短期疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨紫杉醇化疗同期后程三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法30例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者进入治疗组,患者先行常规两野对穿照射剂量至50Gy后,再三维适形放疗,放疗同时给予紫杉醇20mg/m2,每周1次,至放疗结束。另配对选取30例单纯放疗者为对照组,放疗按常规方法进行。结果放疗结束后3个月,CT检查鼻咽癌局部病灶CR治疗组为93.3%,对照组为76.7%(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组的白细胞下降的发生率高于对照组。结论紫杉醇化疗同期后程三维适形放疗,可以明显提高局部晚期鼻咽癌患者局部控制率,不良反应可以耐受。
