术后即时电子线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩73例 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨术后即时电子线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果。[方法]1998年10月~2004年1月对73例瘢痕疙瘩患者于术后2h内接受6MeV高能电子线放射治疗,其中常规分割照射36例(A组):2Gy/次,5次/周,总剂量为20Gy/10次,共2周;分次照射37例(B组):4Gy/次,3次/周,总剂量为20Gy/5次,共2周。[结果]随访1 ̄3年,A组总有效率94.44%,复发率5.56%;B组总有效率94.59%,复发率5.41%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。[结论]术后即时电子线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩是一种安全有效的方法。
