摘要
目的研究转录因子E2F-1和细胞周期蛋白cyc linD1在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)损害部位的水平及在其发病中的意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测E2F-1和cyc linD1在OLP中的水平,运用计算机图像分析系统进行灰度分析。结果E2F-1和cyc linD1在OLP中的水平明显高于正常组织。结论E2F-1和cyc linD1在OLP中的变化,与造成上皮细胞抗原性的改变及免疫活性细胞增殖有关,从而导致自身免疫反应。E2F-1和cyc linD1的相互作用,导致角质形成细胞周期紊乱、细胞凋亡,造成基底膜损伤。细胞凋亡可能对OLP处于低恶变状态有意义。
Objective To investigated the level of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in OLP with an immunohistochemical method (IHC). Methods The level of E2F-1 and eyclinD1 was studied with IHC and the IHC results was detected with a computer image analysis system. Results The level of E2F-1 and cyclinD1 in OLP was obviously increased and correlated with the category of OLP. Conclusion The index of cell cycle is anomalous in OLP,which causes the alteration of antigenicity of keratinocyte and promoted the cellproliferation of immunologically competent cell. These changes result in autoimmune reaction. The interaction between E2F-1 and cyclinD1 results in apotosis of keratinocyte. Apotosis possibly plays an important role in the injury of basement membrane in OLP and the low canceration of OLP.
