临床分离酵母菌55株体外药敏试验分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解酮康唑、萘替芬、特比萘芬及酮康唑、萘替芬联合应用对55株临床分离致病酵母菌株的体外抗真菌活性。方法采用标准微量稀释法测定上述三种抗真菌药及联合用药对55株临床分离致病酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)。结果酮康唑、萘替芬、特比萘芬及酮康唑、萘替芬联合应用的M IC均值分别为0.281855μg/m l,1.528111μg/m l,1.000443μg/m l,0.199125μg/m l。结论联合用药的疗效优于单用酮康唑、萘替芬、特比萘芬(P<0.05)。
