东乡野生稻原生质体再生小植株 被引量:3

REGENERATION OF PLANTLETS FROM PROTOPLASTS OF DONGXIANG WILD RICE

摘要 由东乡野生稻的细胞悬浮培养物游离原生质体,采用改良的RY-2培养基以琼脂糖珠法进行包埋培养,能产生持续细胞分裂。预分化实验表明:ABA能有效地提高原生质体愈伤组织的再生能力。最后成功地诱导出原生质体再生植株。 Protoplasts isolated from cell suspension cultures of Dongxiang Wild Rice were cultured in modified RY-2 medium with agarose-ball embedding culture method. Predifferentiation showed that ABA was effective to increase the frequency of regeneration of protoplast-derived calli.Regenerated plantlets were achieved in the wild species of Orysa.
