摘要
以核酸酶Ｐ１产生菌桔青霉ＡＳ·３．２７８８为出发菌株，经过诱变处理，获得了产核酸酶Ｐ１的变异株Ｈ１０１５。该菌株在葡萄糖培养基上直接发酵７２ｈ，核酸酶Ｐ１的酶活力达到３４５ｕ／ｍｌ，比出发菌株酶活力提高了２０多倍。
The selection of nuclease P1 producing mutant strain H1015 from the parent strain Penicillium citrinum (AS. 3 . 2788) was derived by means of stepwise mutations from chemomutagen with Ultra- violet rays.When this mutant strain was cultured for 72 hours in a glucose medium, the enzyme activity reached 345 ug/ml.
