摘要
本文在实验研究民主德国 EMO-200型电子轰击炉的基础上,设计并研制成功 500 kW电子轰击炉。它是熔炼稀有,难熔、高纯金属运行中的最大功率的国产炉子. 作者研究并改善了由于电子束在磁浸没场中的不适应性,引起电子轨迹偏离轴向而增加 了对电子的截获率.进而在研制中发现热阴极和聚束极间距的最佳值,以及阴极的合理 装置结构。使枪的性能大为改善。
In this paper, on the basis of studying and testing Germany EQM-200 type electron beam furnace, we have successfully designed and manufactured the electron beam furnace 500kW.It is the biggest nation made furnace in melting infusible rare metal with high purity. Because of electron beam unsuitable nature in magnetic flood field,the electron track will be axially deviated, the capture ratio of electron has been increased. During the search and manufacture, we have found the best data of distance between heat cathode and beamforming electrode, and also the reasonable structure of cathode, so that the performance of the electron gun can be greatly improved.
