摘要
综述了阿斯帕甜甜味剂的研究进展,并对它的结构、产生、特性及应用作了系统的归纳,指出阿斯帕甜将成为保健食品、中西成药、美容化妆品等行业的理想甜味剂。
The research progress on Aspartame, its structure,production and characteristics are systematically summarized. The results indicate that Aspartame will be an ideal sweetener for foods,medicines and cosmetics, etc. which will be suitable both Chinese and western people.
