摘要
研究了双通道气流式喷嘴加压雾化过程.使用Malvern激光测粒仪测量了不同环境压力下索特平均粒径的分布.实验结果表明:当气液质量比不变时,索特平均粒径与环境压力的n次幂成正比,n的范围大约在0.3~0.9之间,并且n随气液质量比的增大而增大;当环境压力不变时,索特平均粒径随着气液质量比的增大而减小.
The process of twin-fluid air-blast nozzle atomization under high ambient pressures was investigated. Malvern laser particle analyzer was used to measure the Sauter mean diameter ( d32 ) distribution of atomization under different ambient pressures, and the results show that d32 is proportional to p^n when n lines between 0.3 and 0. 9 at a constant air/liquid ratio and n increases with the growth of air/liquid ratio ; d32 decreases with the growth of air/liquid ratio under a constant ambient pressure.
