摘要
针对我国现阶段配电网自动化和无自动化并存的负荷分析问题,分析某地区有限的典型自动化量测用户负荷数据,给出一种基于典型负荷模式的负荷分析方法。典型负荷模式采用随机变量的数字特征:均值和方差量化表示;限于有限的典型负荷模式不能全面地代表所有用户负荷变化规律,制定一种推理规则来循序渐进地完善典型负荷模式;综合利用完善的典型负荷模式、馈线首端自动化量测和月电量来计算,为配电网运行管理提供基础负荷信息。结合实际的算例证明了本方法的有效性和合理性。
To solve problem of the load analysis in distribution system in China, which is characterized by the coexistence of automation and non-automation, this paper presented a load analysis method based on the typical load pattern by analyzing the limited typical load data collected by automation measurement in an area. The paper proposed that the typical load pattern was quantitatively expressed as “numerical characteristics”, namely mean and standard deviation. As the limited typical load pattern can not represent all the load variety rules comprehensively, a inference rule is established to gradually complete the typical load pattern. Finally, the complete load pattern, load data, which is collected by automatic measurement at the head of feeder and monthly consumption, are combined to compute the basic load information for the management and operation of distribution system. The results of actual case prove that the method proposed is reasonable and effective.
