超超临界火电机组材料研究及选材分析 被引量:68

摘要 由于蒸汽温度和压力的提高对火电机组关键部件的抗蠕变、疲劳、高温氧化与腐蚀等性能都提出了更苛刻的要求,耐热材料的开发及其应用是发展超超临界发电技术的最重要的基础。通过对国际上各阶段的材料研究计划介绍以及对超超临界机组中各关键部件采用的耐热材料发展的论述,归纳和总结了现阶段超超临界火力发电机组所采用的几种典型新型耐热钢的性能,并根据机组的不同参数对锅炉部件材料的选择进行了分析和讨论。 The increasing of steam pressure and temperature parameters has proposed even more strict requirements for the creep, fatigue,high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance features of the key parts of thermal power units. It is essential for the ultra-supereritical( USC ) technology to develop and utilize new heat-resistant steels, Based on the discussion of international research documents of each period regarding the development of USC units and heat-resistant materials of key parts, several typical heat-resistant steel properties commonly used in China were generalized in this paper, Last but not the least, the materials selection for key components with different steam parameters is discussed.
