摘要
提出了一套较通用且简单的地区节水水平分析方法。通过对浙江省平阳县用水与节水现状的调查分析,用该方法评价了其节水水平,并定量估算了该县的节水潜力,据此进一步地提出了各行业的节水对策,为平阳县科学制定节水目标和相关政策提供参考。
A simple and universal method of analyzing regional water-saving level is presented. Using this method, through investigating and analyzing the present of water use and water-saving in Pingyang County, its water-saving level is analyzed and evaluated,and its water-saving potential is quantitively estimated. Based on them, water-saving strategy of each industry is put forward. All these work will provide an important inference for Pingyang County＇s establishing some water-saving object and related policies.
