第一生产要素:形成生态环境危机的关键因素

The Prime Factor of Production:the Crucial Cause of Ecological Environmental Crisis

人类的生态环境危机是由人类过度的生产活动造成的,人类的生产活动是由生产方式决定的,而生产方式又是由“第一生产要素”决定的,由此得出一个推论:“第一生产要素”是认识生态环境危机是如何形成的关键因素。本文通过逻辑推理和人类发展历史的实证分析了各个历史阶段的生态环境问题的特征,并提出了现在处于不同发展阶段的国家所应面对的不同问题。

This paper advanced this viewpoint：ecological environmental crisis is caused by human excessive production campaign, human production campaign is decided from production way which from is decided by“the prime factor of production”. Therefore we can reach an inference： “the prime factor of production”is the crucial cause of ecological environmental crisis. This paper analyzed the feature of the ecological environmental problem of every historical stage,and suggested that each country in different developing stage should face different ecological environmental problem.
