摘要
在分析对制造质量控制信息要求的基础上,研究了与质量功能展开(QFD)集成的制造质量信息,提出了用工序的困难程度Rdif、重要程度Rimp和熟练程度Rpro3个指标表示制造质量控制水平与能力的方法,给出了Rdif、Rimp和Rpro的计算模型。
It is still quite rare in China to feedback manufacturing quality information to interact with QFD (Quality Function Deployment); QFD is the quality control tool used in product design. In a previous paper, we propose using three parameters degree of difficulty Rdif, degree of importance Rimp, and degree of proficiency Rpro--as manufacturing quality information to be feedbacked for integration with QFD. In this paper, we provide methods for calculating Rdif, Rimp, and Rpro. Rdif is calculated by the following four parameters: process capability Cp, ratio of process quality problems Qa, ratio of abnormal control charts or processes Ca, and the index indicating a process returning abnormal state to normal state. Rimp is calculated by the ratio of the quality problem number to the total problem number. Rpro is calculated according to how frequently a process or processes which are close to a new process have been done in the history of manufacturing; dynamic evaluation principle is used in the calculation of Rpro ; two methods for calculating Rpro are given. Our method of calculation was applied by a design team to providing the abovementioned three parameters for integration into QFD design of a certain hydraulic servo actuator; the design team found our method of calculation to be effective.
