试论“建设和谐家庭”对构建社会主义和谐社会的促进作用

Tentative Study on the Promotion Role of' Building Harmonious Family in the Development of Socialist Harmonious Society

社会是由家庭组成的,建设和谐家庭对构建社会主义和谐社会具有积极的促进作用。构建和谐家庭有利于稳定低生育水平,有利于提高出生人口素质,有利于抑制出生人口性别比升高。构建和谐家庭必须依据构建社会主义和谐社会的基本要求和家庭的性质、特点、以及各种类型家庭的不同情况进行设计,并制定出相应的标准。

The society is composed of families, so harmonious families are of active promotion role to building a harmonious socialist society. Building hannonious families are favorable to keep low birth level, to increase the quality of new born population and to suppress the sex ratio of new born population. Harmonious families must be designed according to the basic demand of building the harmonious socialist society, the nature and characteristics of various kinds of families and the corresponding standard should be made.
