随着城市人口的迅速增加,人口问题和城市经济发展、生态环境之间的矛盾日趋尖锐,这不仅影响了人民的生活,而且也制约了经济的发展,因此,生态经济城市建设就显得尤为重要。我们要围绕生态经济城市评价指标体系,采取各种积极有效措施,解决人口问题,加快城市生态经济建设改革和发展步伐,实现人口、经济、社会与资源、环境的协调发展。

With the fast increase of urban population, the sharper contradiction between population, economic development and ecological environment has not only influenced the people＇s llfe but also restricted the economic development. In a consequence, it is particularly important to build an eco - economic city. We should take various effective measures to solve the problem of population, to accelerate the paces of eco - economic construction and reform in cities, so as to realize the harmonious development of population, economy,society, resources and environment.
